“There is a lot of attention to raw materials. I know many small producers, we use seasonal vegetables, cheeses from Puglia, special flours. We have large and small wine labels, so much so that in the center we are the reference winery », explains Gelardo Marano, known by all as Gerri.
We start in the morning with breakfast, with homemade cakes and artisan croissants, plus international breakfasts with eggs and more. Buffet or à la carte dishes for lunch, all with fresh products. And you arrive in the evening, with a high-quality menu and excellent glasses of wine.
